Our spacious cattery is shared with our staff break room, ensuring the right amount of human contact. Each feline guest enjoys daily outings in the cat room to lounge, explore, and relax with staff. Our cattery features a carpeted cat tower, lots of fun toys, and a window perch for the best in kitty entertainment.

● Our Deluxe Condos are even more spacious and are a good option for multi-cat families
● Of course, frequent housekeeping is provided. We use a natural, low-dust alternative to common clay-based litter
Cats must be up to date on rabies, and FVRCP. You can email copies to info@canalbark.com or ask your vet to email them to us directly.
We have morning and evening hours for pick up and drop off. If you arrive outside of these hours the doors are locked because we are in the back focusing on our four-legged clients

Mon - Fri: 7-9am and 4-6pm
Sat - Sun: 8-10am and 4-6pm

No. We have a completely separate area in the front of our building just for our feline guests. They are on the opposite side of the facility from the dogs in a quiet space that can be accessed off our main lobby.
We have furniture in the cat room and friendly cats are able to come out of their condos (one family at a time) to interact with staff, play, perch on the window sill or enjoy the cat climbing/scratching station. Our cat room is a popular place for staff to hang out on their break. The cat condos face the windows outside for bird watching.
Yes. If your cats are used to being together and can safely be together for meals they are welcome to stay together. Our deluxe corner condos are more spacious for multiple cats.
We can accommodate pets with special needs, including medications, allergies, movement restrictions, senior cats, etc. Please be sure to discuss your pet’s needs when booking their stay.
If your cat has prescription medications, please provide them in your cat’s respective prescription containers, along with clear directions, and our staff will administer it. We have a system with multiple checks in place to ensure your cat’s medications are correctly administered.
Of course! We recommend that you send your cat’s food along to avoid diet changes and tummy upsets. Please bag and label each meal separately.
Absolutely. It’s important for your pet to feel at home here, so you are more than welcome to bring his favorite toy. We just ask that you limit the number of toys/items to just a few of their favorite toys. One favorite is typically plenty. We provide bedding, fresh litter, litter boxes and food and water dishes.
