We love to have applicants that have an interest in making animals a long-term career goal, but we are also a good fit for people with other goals that are committed to the work of training and animal behavior management. Our program of training and development teaches not only skills for working with animals, but also leadership, team building, self-reliance, communication, and many other critical skills. Because of the amount of training that we invest in each employee we are looking for employees who are able to stay with us for at least a year (we are not a seasonal employment business).

We reward excellence through our bonus-based pay system. Starting pay ranges from $8.50 to $9.50 per hour. Our staff move up a ladder of opportunities as they gain experience and education in our development program.
